06 – $34,000,000 contract agreement signed between SporTT and EBeam to provide numeracy and literacy component to LifeSport program (no scope changes or price increase justification). Same day planned commencement date. $17,000,000 to be paid to EBeam on signing of contract (50% of contract price)
